The best, but Strava still keeps shutting off

Although my legs were fatigued from a killer leg workout yesterday, I still got out and hit the pavement. It wasn’t easy, but I’ve learned that growth rarely is. Payson’s beauty reminded me to breathe, to stay present, and to keep moving forward. I’m so grateful for this body that keeps showing up and a mind that refuses to quit. There’s something powerful in choosing yourself, in honoring your journey, and feeling connected to the world around you.
