Decent run after work. Didn't quite make it the full, typical six miles I like before a race, but after working 25+ hours in the past two days, the fact I got out at all might as well be a win. Four very uninspiring "strides" in the fifth mile. Never even cracked 5-minute pace. 

On the other hand, had one of my closest lightning strikes at work today. Probably about 350 feet away, but there's just something about working around a 100 foot tall crane and seeing lightning in the distance. The rain that followed was also some of the worst I've ever experienced. Only lasted a few minutes, but literally had puddles in my boots (which were covered with my pant legs) and probably lost about a quart of water when I wrang my shirt out.
