22- 23 miles as predicted - looking awesomely strong as usual Charlie - great running, that result was very well deserved. Well done fella

  14. Charlie Wartnaby

Golly thanks everyone! I've only recently got home, so it's going to take a while to stalk all your results -- I know there were some "challenging" experiences, hope some triumphs too. Cheers!

  15. Stuart Laud

Wow ! Amazing pacing and speed and in these sudden change of conditions

  16. Charlie Wartnaby

PS Strava mile splits messed up a bit by buildings and the Blackfriars tunnel -- click 'Laps' to see manual laps at mile markers, only missed one... fast mile 3 was deliberate, I love a bit of downhill!

  17. Matthew S.

You my friend are an absolute class act. Stunning stunning performance in that heat.

  18. Brian O.

Truly inspiring run Charlie. I tried to latch on to you as you ran past me but couldn't keep up. Well deserved time in truly brutal conditions.

  19. Makka πŸƒ

I think you are the only runner who didn't combust! Well done Charlie! πŸ†πŸΊπŸ’€

  20. Nicola M.

Superb running Charlie, I spent some of yesterday evening telling my parents all about you (they are both ex runners). They especially loved the hair drier in shower heat prep story. 140th!

  21. Craig W.

    Mr Consistency strikes again!

  22. Charlie Wartnaby

You guys are very kind. Ah Brian, was it you I was together with on the Embankment, running so strongly? I kept thinking "damn, that 'in the last 7km, xx runners passed you' thing was going to be 1, and it was going to be you! Well done!

  23. Mark F.

Great inspirational running again Charlie. Well done and huge respect!

  24. Jamie W.

    Congratulations Charlie!

  25. Wayne H.

    I was a goner at 10 πŸ˜‚
Real eye opener seeing the crowds and hopefully I make the startline in shape next year.
