NP 227 /NP 278 RB Lap , spin out and effort around reverse ball lap after pretending to be a bike  mechanic this morning - didn’t have a clue but managed to switch’s pads around with only a little bit of brake rub on each wheel afterward - planned easy day so wasn’t fuelled for an effort but done one anyway - fell off 2nd half but clung on to PB the loop .
