Big day! Wildflowers were incredible at Paradise Park. Took the PCT reroute to avoid blow down on TT after Ramona Falls (although we probably would have been fine). Hundreds of butterflies flitting about! Climb from Top Spur to Cairn Basin was a tough way to end the day (4pm snickers ftw 😅) … lots of biting flies too which thankfully disappeared once we got off of Bald Mountain Ridge and into the meadows below McNeil Point. Our camp spot was amazing and the alpenglow on the mountain and views of the volcanoes to the north were 🔥
