Apparently I need some kind of undershorts under my bibs to avoid chafing even in an hour ride.

Trying to shake out the ridiculous soreness from climbing, lifting, track workout, climbing yesterday. And also my left foot at the ankle joint is really sore. It's an issue I've had before, apparently related to slightly reduced mobility in that foot compared to the other. I'm sure there's other things at play as well, like a bit of left-right imbalance I have right now.
