Trending upwards! Just at about 6 months since surgery, and the build back plan is definitely working as my legs are feeling really good and crisp, endurance on the other hand still needs a lot of work.

Ended up playing leap frog with another runner for the last about .5 mile on the res this morning and it totally
Felt like I was racing again and it had me PSYCHED to get back into race shape, unbeknownst to this guy running behind me, but we were full on in race mode. It was pretty fun To play around again with surging and tactics.  Fitness is totally not there yet, but I’m like really hyped to get back to race shape  

Also I saw Bill O’Brien this morning, and I kinda fan Boyer, and hit him with a “Go get em coach!”
