SST Short やろうと思ったけど、殺生ゲート通行止めでL3+L4の連続40分ルートを作れないので、下りレストを長めに入れられるワークアウトをチョイス。

ということで3週間前にもやった High Intensity Recovery

昨日夕方のL2の疲労が残ってたので難しいと思ったけど前回よりワット数上げられて、ダウン後も余裕があったので登りきるまでL5+L4をもう一回。

L5に慣れてきたかも。
