Couldn't breathe properly after ~25-miles and the legs were in near-permanent cramp from Newport. Could barely hold 12mph from Church Eaton!!! Shocking.

First ride in almost 4 weeks ... but at least 'twas sunny!!! Lost a few miles between Codsall and Albrighton too - almost zero concentration.
