-2x 800 at threshold (3:35 / 3:31, modified target = 3:42ish)
-2x 1K at VO² (4:06 / 4:07, modified target = 4:15ish)
-1.8 mile cooldown

Pretty brutal. Fair amount of fatigue to start with, but the heat and humidity were rough. Tried to modify my paces in response but failed to execute and ran fast. Further modified workout from having an immediate active recovery after the 1Ks to a couple minutes walking followed by light jog.

Was sleepy and thought I had 3x 1k but I dropped the last one after I felt the workout had become more intense than intended. Got home and realized last week I only did 2 anyways, so feeling a bit better now.
