Hike up to the Tiger's Nest and back down

Ride to Chelela Pass and back down

Sweep on this ride so I rode behind Ernie and Regina on the custom tandem until the ladder. They are troopers and powered all the way to the top and on the  climb past the viewpoint too.

My stomach was killing me so I called it a day at the viewpoint car park and rode in the van down to Valldall. Next morning I had my appendix removed, haha. Thanks to Pam for suggesting that might be the problem, and the team at Ålesund hospital for taking care of me. Surgery done the next morning and walked out the door 6 hours later.
