Stunning Autumn day here so I rode out to the beach and back. Light tail / side wind going out which meant I was zipping along at a pretty good rate. Stopped at the road's end, took some photos and ate a banana. Coming back wasn't too bad, just a couple of sections where I was directly into the wind slowed me down a bit.

Coming home I was enjoying the day and going pretty well. Something hit the inside back of my mouth. Either a stone or a bee. Hurt quite a bit. I got home okay but my mouth is sore and my uvula is swollen. Feels similar to a sore throat. Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow.
