Although this year numbers weren’t that bad, Millars 305 NP - 4h20, with less than 10h avg training x week, I fell happy. My weight was about 82kg, and my target for next season is under 77kg (not my peak with 70-72kg which is crazy). 

We’ll see if motivation keeps on my side but next season I will focus in more races; will try Mallorca 312; and ending 2026, an Ironman, which will be a nice motivation.
