Saw there was an FKT route for this one, so figured I’d get the women’s time rolling while I was in Alamosa visiting family. Very diverse route. I’ve been down that valley before after 13ering but never up. It is a mixture of desert, jungle, and alpine. Not highly trafficked so there was a lot of jungle schwacking. Nothing beats cold wet thorny bushes in the morning. Lol didn’t push crazy hard. Neat inversion to the east. Teva prototype shoes.
