Felt great and got some perfect weather today- made for fun racing reminiscent of cross country. Really excited with how the fitness has progressed in the last month (somehow almost the same average pace today as the flat 5k haha)

Time to rest up for a new longest run on Saturday and get focused for some fall road racing!
