Triathlon M du club Xanton, parcours exigeant et varié, météo idéale, un peu de vent quand même. Départ un peu fort, braquet trop gros pas très efficace et pas en adéquation avec le physique et le plan de route... réussi à conserver voir améliorer un peu le temps dans le deuxième tour avec plus de souplesse. Sensations mitigées mais bonne gestion de l'effort sans s'agacer pour une fois! Peut-être même un peu trop zen pour aller chercher le meilleur temps...
