Got time on the downhills. Tried to hang on to uphill splits, but definitely wasn't good on the last big one. Got a little confused on final descent also, because Carter's track (which I had loaded) went a little wonky and was way off trail making me second guess myself a bit. Also just let off the gas big-time on that descent.

1 40g carb gel just before start. 4 bottles totaling about 260g carbs with 200mg caffeine during.
