Afternoon Trail Run

Felt so sick when i woke up. Rest day /walking and I have cleaned the top of Morrison. Im pretty sure im the only one who goes straight down after watching sp many people go to the right.

Little Morrison. Lazy day 😴

Last time i was herein 2023 after 7 days of longs peak back to back i had a heart attack (blood test confirm) at the end. Then crawled to the car and drove myself to urgent care. 2 weeks later back up on longs in heart monitor. ❤️. No issues.    I dont like mt. Falcon.

Matthew is in training for his first mountain race. I joined in on Falcon he had already ran from home to Morrison and falcon. Now he's running home.
