First time ever I trained with proper cycling shoes and spd pedals, what a huge upgrade compared to the flat pedals and my old Nike Air Max sneakers!
The clicking in and out wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be so I'm happy I chose the 251 single release cleats.

Much more wind than last weeks so probably a bit slower, has to stop twice to make adjustments because of the new gear too.
Nevertheless it was a good ride!
