Inaugural UTS50 event! It all started so well. I was ahead / on plan. But then the wheels wobbled, and on the last section fell off completely. Lingering virus that just won't go away probably having biggest effect, with a few blisters and lack of ultra experience adding to the mix. Although I was out for 23h40, way over my target of 20h, in the end I was grateful just to finish and with no trips, falls or injuries! Now, where's my cake?
