A whole lot to process, but got sent down the wrong trail at 28mi. Got back to that aid station confused about 6mi later, & they called the race a W for me & I got a ride back to the finish.
Outside of that, the day/strategy was so solid. 120g carbs per hour was the blueprint. Put a gap in the early miles by just trying to see who I could take to the well. I got to the forest road & just tried to hold on. Tried to send a fast closing half marathon, but felt a bit crampy so didn’t. Good call 

During the bonus miles section, both legs cramped & I fell & just sat there until they went away (I beat an aid station before they set up, so missed about 1hr+ of water & electrolytes). I was super proud of not panicking & not losing focus.
