Slurping up cord for dinner

Yeah dude!

Quite a day with Mr Manny but we got it done and it was always beautiful, lots of fun, and only sometimes extremely miserable

Segment times and highlights:
Bike #1: 1:40, 22.5 mi. Big backpacks with a raft, climbing gear, and wetsuit made even the small hills rough and the saddle uncomfy. Nice bike path though. 
Swim #1: 1:24, 2,600 yd. Beautiful, calm water, moonlit silhouettes of the Tetons during every breath. 
Grand: 12:52, 20 mi. Made great time up to the lower saddle, thankfully the ice on OS had melted out enough to do the route free and the scrambling was great, manny and I appeared to be the only people on the mountain with first aid kids so we helped with two rock fall incidents including one heli evac, and then only got extremely nauseous for the last three miles of the runout! 
Swim #2: 1:03, 2,200 yd. First half was as lovely as the first swim, then the waves started picking up to 2ft swells until I couldn’t take a breath and manny half-towed me the rest of the way. 
Bike #2: 2:03, 22.4 mi. 0% fun, so ready to be done. Started to thunderstorm the last three miles into town.
