Legs did not come to play today but Connor made sure it wasn’t an easy ride.

Part 2 and officially hit my mileage goal for the year which was 5200 miles. That would have been 100 miles a week but I exceeded that.

Don’t let the fog fool you. Today turned out perfect!

Was may a bit too optimistic on the forecast. It looked so mild when I left home. It started to rain lightly at walker mine on the way out and then on the way back I chased down Ron’s Monday night ride. By chamise the rain was gone but by the top of chamise there was some scary close lightning. By Flanagan road the rain was back. By lake Blvd it was coming down like it wanted to drown me. After a few more close lightning flashes and the rain not going away I hid at the comet gas station till the rain died down. It never stopped but it was manageable. At least it wasn’t cold. Despite that I put my legs in the pain cave.
