Really nice little hit out that. About 70 min of work at threshold, ca. 370 W on left sided assioma (would be like 390 W from Quarq, for typical 48:52 L/R balance). Quarq may indeed be bricked. Was planning on doing a 3 min and 5 min TT effort today, but got out on RB instead. Experimenting with some different sessions in last few weeks of my season. Think I'll do a block including these mixed RB Threshold early next year, March/April. Probably good road race stimulus tbh, breakaway operator 101.
