Afternoon Trail Run: Very gentle Serridge Lodge loop.
Morning Ride: Breezy, mucky but mostly dry Monmouth loop.
Morning Trail Run: Serridge Lodge loop in the dry and with no niggles = A win 😂
Afternoon Trail Run: Very slow puzzle house loop and still felt terrible 😂
