Two weeks ago I should have been at the start line of the GravelBirken100, but my body had other plans—that’s life :)
Understanding the body and acting as best as possible is very important and at the same time difficult :)
Living with MS has these things, although I have a very symptom-free life.
So I tried today to complete what was my last objective of the year, with a kind of similar distance and elevation but without traveling to southern Norway :)
The day was great, and autumn has come. It’s one of my favorite times of the year. :)
