The Calm After the Storm…..

Been off all week trying to avoid a cold, seems to have worked😊 Since I haven’t ridden all week, did an unusual Friday ride to stretch and warm up before heading into the bigger weekend rides. Short mileage and slow pace to conserve energy. 

It was amazingly hard to limit myself to such short mileage, wanted to keep riding but knew it would affect my weekend rides if I did….
