Intervale-Homestead with 3 x 8 min threshold by feel. I haven’t done a workout on singletrack in a while. Good one! Flat and scenic route. The afternoon sun was hot in the fields. First workout of the week and got the minimum 50 miles for the week. I almost didn’t do the workout so I’m happy I did it. The cooldown after I felt really tired and my left quad started feeling weak again.
