Really hard workout
I didn’t do as well as I wanted to on the uphill 2k but I gave a really good finishing effort which I’m proud of. The 2x800m were unreasonably hard dealing with some side stitches but still hit pace. The first few 800s on the grass were smooth but tuff which is the point of the workout. The last 2 I was feeling pretty lactic but still pushed hard to hit the splits. I was working on staying packed with the group on the 800s and it went well. I mentally lost it in the middle of the 2k but regained focus. Gotta do better and be better.
