Afternoon Trail Run

Considering how the past 4 weeks have gone good to just survive this - on pace then bonked not use to altitude and haven’t been able to train that hard - icy at the top and got lost cost me a few minutes on both ends - dizzy and stumbling at the top and coming down - somehow was 18 seconds off the downhill FKT  w miracle one fall - could barely see any of the rocks at the end - took a lot not to just quit and stop the watch after 10 min and at the end of the downhill - time to lock in for cold rush for US trail team qual
