Whoops, Sam Butler! Coach said 6:20ish per mile and I ran a bit faster than that… This just felt so goooooood. Chatty and able to cheer for other racers the entire time - again, we’re in SUCH a good spot. Fittest I’ve ever been, no doubt. LOVE the Grand Rapids and Gazelle Sports community - felt so much love out there today. Huge thanks to everyone who put so much into this event and to everyone who volunteered. Love to see a big group of Gazelle Elite - 2nd Generation out there today as well.
