(Just > 19.000 km ridden this year so far!)
- The winter has come... at least on the peaks of some mountains! 🗻 🥶  🚴
- No coffee, energizers, foods or other 'enhancers' taken during this ride, except of ~ 744 ml of plane water, especially because... my body doesn't need those 'craps', sometimes it 'runs' mostly on fat and fresh mountains air! 😂
- New Personal Record (PR) in terms of an erroneously measured highest Heart Rate (HR) of > 200 bpm, shortly after which it suddenly 'died' (~ obviously, the afferent Heart Rate Monitoring (HRM), not my heart) ... but at least I felt quite 'young' for some moments! 😂
- Partially ~ 1.7 hours of nocturnal ride.

- Temperatura ~ 4 °C / 15 °C,
- Vant variabil predominant dinspre Nord - Vest cu viteza de ~ 4 km/h.
