It’s worth it to enjoy yourself. Donald said that when I stopped to take the first pic, and I doubt they meant anything profound by it…but I just really loved that and found it to be repeated in my head the rest of the morning . 

Enjoyed myself for 5:01 hours on TWOT! Was aiming to break 5, but I suppose I got to enjoy myself a little longer, and yet 25+ mins shorter than I have in the past 😎😄 sharing it with David Yoder + Donald Herndon  WAS what made it fun..I have so many memories on this trail, and the memory is all you get 🥹

Leah has raised the twot bar HIGH for women and I enjoyed having that motivation (and belief that it’s very well within my capability) all morning 🫶

Having done this a few times now, it’s funny what four years, a 100 this year and marathon speed does for changing the way I run this! lil back half neg split action!!
