I initially planned a route going up twice, but wisely (for once) decided that once would be enough, especially as this was the second ride of the day.

Some of the descents were super good, making up for the extra climbing.  We stopped too early on the Mt Tam strava segment by following the Garmin segment and not continuing to the East Peak, somehow the segment didn't align.  The final climb up Hawk Hill was really worth the view but the legs had no real power left by that point.  Then back over the windy bridge (more red than gold if you ask me) for burritos in San Francisco.
