wish I could've done this yesterday, so we'll see if my legs feel like racing tomorrow. lost a bit of time on the rock due to route finding, but good overall. tried not to kill myself on the stairs up which I succeeded on. listened to KGLW's Nonagon Infinity album for this run, and I knew to start hucking it downhill as soon as I heard Road Train come on (39 minutes in or so). strava segment must've glitched or something because i was not running a 4min flat down the stairs, but I was pushing it further than I should've lol. trying to chase down Luke Dickinson's time on this stage, but I couldn't get there.
