Dull uninspiring day but managed 3+hrs Z2.
10k threshold. Backed up quite well after bike threshold session yesterday. Legs bit heavy but not too bad. 10k pb.
15 min turbo WU for run.
2x20 min threshold, 10 min easy between. (291 & 293w) Bit of a grizzly day but got it done 👍
