Legs still really sore from yesterday's ruck; trying to keep the power between 180-190W the whole time for a nice, easy Z2 ride; the trophies are very unexpected given the level of effort I felt like I was putting in; legs actually felt better after the ride than before; definitely digging the tri position as I can go way faster with less effort
