Back on the bike

Ride down was great, did the b2gc 100km in 2hours 22minutes (42.15kmph avg), riding with the leading group. 

Measured 38.8 degrees for a bit otw back. Sweat just evaporating. Also my heart rate monitor stopped working 😢. 

Anyway, really happy. Was hoping to hit 300km, but knee was giving me pain so settled for 250. Thanks Mark Rainier-Pope for joining me on the big 250 🫡
