Hey all - don’t normally do this but need to share because it feels important. 

I got in a serious bike accident yesterday and am lucky to be alive. I’m generally a responsible cyclist and aware of my surroundings, but things happen very quickly, particularly with a combination of speed, traffic, and other variables.  I am ok and will make a full recovery - I feel so blessed to be able to say that - but hope this serves as a push for everyone to be even more careful, cautious, and alert than you already are.

Keep it rolling and see you out there.
