Did this ride back in May, and wanted to see if I've gotten any better since then.  Haven't been training, but I've been keeping a pretty consistent workload.  I don't know how to score today.  20W more.  0.4mph faster, but I feel like I might have been trying harder, so I don't know.  

My effort in May was all pretty consistent, low 140's on the HR.  That suggests maybe an RPE of 7.  HR monitor died a while back, so I just have to estimate today's effort.  The first half was super easy, but on the "uphill" way back, it was all into a headwind, and I had to dish out a little extra power.  Around mile 50, I thought, you know, I'd really like to just chill the rest of the way home.  I don't think I'd need to "chill" on a RPE 7 day.  Sure, I managed to hold my power the whole ride, but I'd say RPE towards the end was maybe a 9?  I don't know. I  definitely could have done more power, but holding what I was doing was already a little bit of a mental struggle.  A good/interesting day on the bike nonetheless.
