4.5 miles intended to be 5:40 pace.

Some life got in the way of me being best prepared for this today. On the first half, I wasnt sure if my legs could keep this up, but they felt better a couple miles in. On the second half, my cardio felt the hills more than they really ought too. Good effort tho. I still think I have to attack the race near this pace, trusting my body can do it when prepared and rested.
