I was reminded yesterday on the Peloton that I'm not an indoor cycling person. This ride is my attempt at getting the benefits of Peloton. A short, easy to do but hard workout in gym clothes. Lapping a track isn't the ideal ride, but it did a good job of capturing some of the benefits of a stationary bike and I got to be outside. I just need some power meters to fully compete. ‍
