Baby’s first. That was fun until it wasn’t. Quad cramps got me OTB and had to stretch and stop and lose the front group. Blew my load too early with the short distance boys. (Also squats Thursday was a bad idea). 

Spraying sealant from the rear all day! I should have redone the plug yesterday. Had to co2 and then eventually replug and pump. Long day. 

Also soft launch. Stoked to rep the new team.
