Knew pretty quick this AM that my planned workout wasn't happening.  Mentally I didn't want to "fail" an interval session, and motivation was too low to ride z2.  Settled on a sprint workout where power was irrelevant, rather sprinting longer than normal.  That was fun.  

Time for a recovery week.

Edit:  Just saw I got a top 10 on a sprint KOM.  Had I sprinted the actual segment rather than starting early and soft pedaling last bit I might have gone higher.
