Morning Run-NYD FA not 50k

Lunch Run-Intervals on the hill! With BP.

I had invited some friends to ride with me however I had no takers, not many people ride this time of year or like to ride the same routes as me. Starting out I realized that my brake pads were metal on metal. That changed my route selection greatly. My brakes were not  great to begin with but now steep decents were out of the question. I lost 10km from my start but that's OK. I had my Garim watch 'freeze' anyone get that? Never happended to be before. Good training ride, making some progress. Added photos of breakfast sandwich pre ride, Indian River drive for Michael Forbes who hasn't had the pleasure. I couldn't get a video of the uphill, to steep! Last video was trying to capture the sound of my brakes at the end of the ride, bad video, good sound. Rode all day with that scraping. Need some bike maintenance!

Morning Ride-60 for 60! Stats show 56.76, however my watch froze and denied me ~10k so I'm taking it!
