Back-to-back long runs, after yesterday’s 28 miles, today was about running on empty (fasted until 8 miles) & running on tired legs. After a painful first couple of miles, the stiffness eased & my legs felt surprisingly good! Either that or I was distracted too much by the sunshine & views!
