Excellent event, great conditions. A bit breezy but mild and dry.
Main goal was sub-91:30 to get the second fastest Eastleigh M50 time for the club records page. 21/138 of M50 finishers. (Fastest was 78:15)
229th finisher gun time. 227th chip time.
While I didn't go sub-90 like I did 3 years ago, this is a superior age graded results: 2015 factors: 72.12% vs 71.25%, 2006 factors: 74.12% vs 73.26%
Good small bottles available at 5 water stations. Good crowd support.
Very fast registration - they dished out numbers on the fly and associated the athlete with the number on a mobile app.
