Participating in a creatine study for ultra running.  First of three 12 minute runs (48, 72, and 96 hours post-ultra).  Ran maximum effort while still perceiving it as safe.

Don’t know if I had creatine or not yet, but I was pleasantly surprised how the body handled that.  Thought it would be much more of a shuffle.  We’ll see how the next 2 go!  Normally wouldn’t run for a whole week after a 60 mile effort, but I’m glad that went better than expected
