Mackay - 0530 Thursday Forty Winks (1 + 3 + 1 riders). I was mainly solo ahead of the group. 5 + 1 riders for coffee at The Dispensary.
Mackay - Met up with Stephanie's training group (6 riders). Refreshments at Curb.
Mackay - 0530 Tuesday Northern Beaches "Old Spokes" Group - Habana (14 riders). Split for coffee, 8 to Stellarosa, Rural View & 3 to Woodman Axe, Mackay City.
Mackay - 0530 Sunday Metro Group ride - Mount Jukes loop (4 riders) - A hot, windy and tough ride.
