I found no cake, nada, nothing. I passed Denver, and cake on my way out, but a 3 mile in cake stop just isn't on.
Help me Strava folk. I need cake stops around 10, 15, 20 miles from Downham. Else I am going to have to move flaming house again and I've only just paid for carpets here.
Thank you to the nice chap who gave me directions and to the nice FLAB chap and his lady who towed me back in to Downham when I was knackered and hallucinating about buns, cake, sandwiches and everything else that normally goes hand in hand with a ride.
Oh, I might have got a tiny smidge lost.
